When the inward tenderness finds the secret hurt, pain itself will crack the rock and ahhhh, let the soul emerge.

Seeking therapy can arise from various reasons, whether they’re clear or not. It might stem from experiences of anxiety, depression, emotional or physical abuse, grief or bereavement or challenging relationships in childhood or later life. Sometimes it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly what’s wrong, yet you feel it.

I know from personal experience that sitting with difficult thoughts and feelings is hard work, I will work at your pace and in a way that accompanies you to the edges of what you may be bringing, safely containing that within our therapeutic relationship. Sometimes you may feel lighter after therapy, and other times you may feel exhausted; this process is normal.

My training spans a range of techniques, including creative approaches; I focus on building an in-depth therapeutic relationship, which is the essence of healing and growth.
