About me

The most successful factor for positive change, regardless of the type of therapy, is the relationship between client and therapist. Therefore, I offer warmth, empathy, kindness and respect. When a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship evolves, it helps to foster curiosity, compassion, and creativity, enabling you to find new meanings and achieve positive change.

I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life. My role is to guide and support you in uncovering the insights and strengths already within you. I am particularly interested in how early attachments and experiences shape our relationship and overall sense of self, These early connections and experiences can profoundly influence your nervous system, potentially leading to physical discomfort, illness, or presenting as stress, depression, or anxiety when emotional blockages occur.

I will compassionately listen to your unique experiences and perspectives, and together, we can work to identify and resolve these emotional blockages, enabling you to grow, find new meanings, and restore balance in your life.
