About me

I firmly believe that you are the expert in your life. I will help to guide and support you in uncovering the insights and strengths already within you. I will compassionately listen to your unique experiences and perspectives, and together, we can work to identify and resolve what you are bringing to therapy, enabling you to grow, find new meanings, and restore balance in your life.

The most successful factor for positive change, regardless of the type of therapy, is the relationship between client and therapist. This is why I prioritise warmth, empathy, kindness, and respect. A safe and trusting therapeutic relationship creates the foundation for fostering curiosity, compassion, and creativity, which can lead to meaningful change.

With over a decade of experience working therapeutically with adults, young people, families, and workplace settings, I bring a broad perspective to our work together. In addition to therapy, I offer reflective practice, training, and workshops. I am passionate about what I do and am committed to continuous professional development (CPD) to enhance my practice. I am particularly interested in how early attachments and experiences shape our relationship and overall sense of self and how trauma impacts the body.
